Over the last few months, I've had the pleasure of presenting a series called Tea & Mystery to libraries in New Carlisle, Springfield, Urbana, Wilmington, OH and we even took our show on the road to the Waterville Public Library in New York state.  Participants have enjoyed discussing their favorite mystery writers and reminiscing over tea and cookies about old television shows, movies and mystery radio shows.  It's surprising to most just how much mystery we allow into our lives.  All participants have agreed that mysteries are a wonderful way to entertain ourselves; to let our minds wrestle with some big problems and then just walk away from them.

Figuring out the puzzle is the big draw for most of us mystery fans and participants at these Tea & Mystery events have enjoyed trying to figure out whodunit as they listen to short mysteries from my book, A Little Bit of Murder.

Tea & Mystery at the Victorian House by the Sabina Public Library!  A great place for the event and they were so clever with their decorating!  Trash bag table cloths, police tape and an assortment of weapons (toys, of course!)!
The University of Dayton bookstore was the site of our latest Tea & Mystery event.  There were no casualties, I promise!  Well, except maybe the projector.
Special thanks to the Allen County Public Library in Allen Park, Michigan for this wonderful Tea & Mystery cake!  We had a great time discussing all of our favorite mystery series, books and authors. (above, below)
